At Craftlooms, every saree is thoughtfully handwoven and handprinted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, we follow a strict quality and return policy.
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@craftlooms.com with your order number.
We do NOT accept returns or refunds if the product is not damaged or defective.
Since our sarees are handcrafted, limited-edition pieces, all sales are considered final unless there is a genuine issue.
A return or replacement will be accepted only if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact
Clear photos or videos of the damage/defect are mandatory for verification.
Please note:
Minor irregularities in weave, print, color variations, or texture are natural characteristics of handloom and handprinted sarees
These are not considered defects and are part of the saree’s uniqueness
Such variations will not qualify for return or refund
Once the return is approved after inspection:
A refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable
We currently do not offer exchanges
